Q: How is this different from Google?
A: Google shows you 10,000 options and 8 ads. We show you the actual good ones. Plus, our reviews are from humans who actually escaped, not bots who escaped their captchas.
Q: Is it free?
A: For players: 100% free. For escape room owners: free to list, optional paid features. We’re like a phở stand that gives you the broth free but charges extra for meat. (The broth is the directory. The meat is premium listings.)
Q: Why do I need an account?
A: To save your favorite rooms, join player matchups, and track your escape stats. Also, so we can send useful stuff such as vouchers for your favourite rooms.
Finding & Booking Rooms
Q: Are your listings actually updated?
A: More updated than your cousin’s Facebook relationship status. We verify openings, closings, and price changes monthly. We welcome our users to tell us in case certain info does not stay accurate.
Q: Can I book directly through you?
A: Sometimes yes, sometimes no. We link directly to the escape room’s booking system when possible. When not, we give you their direct contact.
Q: What if an escape room sucks but you list it?
A: Then it’s listed with bad reviews. We don’t hide the truth. Bad rooms get bad ratings. It’s democracy, but with more puzzle-solving.
Q: Do you have English-friendly rooms?
A: Yes! We tag rooms with “English-friendly” when they have English-speaking staff or bilingual puzzles. Look for the English-friendly tag.
For Escape Room Owners
Q: How do I list my escape room?
A: Have an account first. Click “Sign In” → “Add A Listing.” It’s free. Takes 5 minutes. Then you wait for us to verify (we’re not bots).
Q: Why should I list with you instead of Google?
A: Because our users actually want to book escape rooms. They’re not looking for “restaurants near me” and accidentally clicking your pin.
Q: Can I respond to reviews?
A: Absolutely! We encourage it. Good or bad, respond professionally. Or don’t. We’re a directory, not your PR firm.

A: That’s not a question, but email us. We fix things faster than you can escape “The Lost Temple of Doom” on easy mode.
Q: Do you have an app?
A: Not yet. We’re focusing on making the website not suck first. Priorities.
Q: What elso should I know?
A: Besides looking for escape rooms best fit your room, you can add your fav into a list and save for future, rate and leave a review for room you have finished, etc. Explore our directory for interesting features.
