I played the Ninja and Trapped rooms, both were a lot of fun and had some humor mixed in. You don’t need a big group to enjoy them, though I’d say the hint system is pretty essential for certain parts.
The rooms are a bit dated in terms of technology, and some of the interactive elements aren’t very responsive, you might have to try a few times before they actually work. The puzzles are logical overall, but it can be frustrating to call for a hint only to find out your code was correct and just needed to be a little more precise. That kind of thing really takes the fun out of it.
On the bright side, both rooms are totally doable with just two people and are reasonably priced. I especially liked the Ninja room, the puzzles tied into the Naruto theme really well, which made it more engaging.
